- 4 frozen lobster tails (about 5 oz each), thawed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Using kitchen shears, cut lengthwise down the top of each lobster tail shell towards the tail fin, stopping just before the fin. Gently pry the shell open, loosen the meat, and lift it up to sit on top of the shell. Place the prepped tails in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and fresh lemon juice.
- Generously brush the butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat. Pour any remaining butter into the baking dish around the tails.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and white and the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
