Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon finely minced onion
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grab a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Without pulling the rolls completely apart, slice the entire sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in your baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayo and Dijon mustard. Spread this mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Layer on the sliced ham, followed by the Swiss cheese. Gently place the top half of the rolls back on.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced onion, poppy seeds, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls, making sure it soaks into all the cracks.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the tops of the sliders are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
