Easy gluten free pull-apart pizza bread recipe! Using our tech, make cheesy, flavorful bread at home. Perfect snack or appetizer without the gluten.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf gluten-free bread dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a standard 9×5 inch loaf pan and set it aside.
  • If your dough is one solid piece, use a serrated knife to carefully cut it into roughly 1-inch cubes. Don’t worry about perfection—rustic is good!
  • In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with the marinara sauce, ensuring each piece gets a light, even coating.
  • Gently fold in the shredded mozzarella and mini pepperoni, trying to distribute them evenly throughout the saucy cubes.
  • Transfer this saucy, cheesy mixture into your prepared loaf pan, pressing down gently to pack it in.
  • In a small bowl, stir the melted butter and Italian seasoning together. Brush this flavorful butter all over the top of the loaf. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown, the cheese is magnificently bubbly, and your kitchen smells like an Italian bistro.
  • Let it cool in the pan for about 5 minutes. Then, run a knife around the edges, place a plate on top, and carefully invert it to release the loaf. Garnish with fresh herbs if you’re feeling fancy, and serve immediately for the ultimate pull-apart experience.
