- 1 package (15 count) mini fillo shells
- 8 ounces Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the mini fillo shells on a baking sheet.
- Carefully slice the Brie into small cubes, about the size of the fillo shells.
- Place one cube of Brie into each fillo shell.
- Top each cheesy shell with a small spoonful of apple butter, about ½ teaspoon each.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the top of each bite.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the Brie is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven. Garnish with fresh thyme and a light drizzle of honey if desired. Serve immediately.
