  • 1 package (15 count) mini fillo shells
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup apple butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the mini fillo shells on a baking sheet.
  • Carefully slice the Brie into small cubes, about the size of the fillo shells.
  • Place one cube of Brie into each fillo shell.
  • Top each cheesy shell with a small spoonful of apple butter, about ½ teaspoon each.
  • Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the top of each bite.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the Brie is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven. Garnish with fresh thyme and a light drizzle of honey if desired. Serve immediately.
