  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth.
  • Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and stir to combine.
  • Add the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
