6 large eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1/4 teaspoon white vinegar

Instructions
Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with cold water by about an inch. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, immediately cover the pan and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes.
Prepare a bowl of ice water. After cooking, transfer eggs directly into the ice bath. Let them cool completely.
Gently tap and roll each egg to crackle the shell. Peel under cool running water. Slice each egg in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks to a medium bowl. Arrange egg white halves on a platter. Mash yolks into fine crumbs. Add mayonnaise, mustard, relish, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
