- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard until the honey is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- While whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil. Keep whisking until the dressing is smooth and slightly thickened.
- Stir in the minced shallot, garlic, fresh parsley, and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
