1 2/3 cups gluten-free quick cooking oats
2/3 cup gluten-free puffed rice cereal
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup oat flour
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F
Line 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper
In bowl, mix oats, puffed rice, nuts, coconut, cranberries, chocolate chips, brown sugar, oat flour, sunflower seeds, and salt
Melt butter, peanut butter, honey, corn syrup, water, and vanilla in microwave-safe bowl
Combine wet and dry ingredients until well mixed
Press mixture into prepared pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden
Let cool completely
Cut into bars
Store in airtight container
