- 3/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to form a smooth batter.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated in the batter.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While baking, whisk together the buffalo hot sauce, melted butter, and honey in a separate bowl.
- After the initial bake, dip each floret into the buffalo sauce and return to the baking sheet. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until crispy.
