  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
  • Celery sticks, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to form a smooth batter.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated in the batter.
  • Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • While baking, whisk together the buffalo hot sauce, melted butter, and honey in a separate bowl.
  • After the initial bake, dip each floret into the buffalo sauce and return to the baking sheet. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until crispy.
  • Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
