1 loaf of gluten-free French bread or baguette (about 12 inches long)
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Place your loaf of gluten-free bread on the prepared baking sheet. Slice it in half lengthwise.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of both bread halves.
Spoon the pizza sauce over the garlic butter layer in a thin, even layer.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, followed by the Parmesan cheese. Add any optional toppings now.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and starting to get golden spots.
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute or two, then slice and serve warm.
