These gluten-free pretzels are a festive mix of sweet, salty, and minty flavors. Perfect for holiday gatherings or a quick snack, they combine chocolate, peppermint, and crunchy pretzels for a fun twist.
1 (10-12 ounce) bag Gluten-Free Pretzels
1 cup Gluten-Free Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet or dark)
½ cup Peppermint Candies (or candy canes), crushed
Optional: ½ cup white chocolate (for drizzling)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place peppermint candies in a zip-top bag and crush into small pieces.
Microwave chocolate chips in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip pretzels into melted chocolate, coating fully.
Place on prepared baking sheet and sprinkle crushed peppermint on top.
Let set at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until hardened.
For firm chocolate, refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
