Crispy gluten-free English muffins topped with marinara, seasoned ground beef, and melted cheese create a quick, customizable pizza with satisfying textures and flavors.

Ingredients

Gluten-Free English Muffins – 4
Lean Ground Beef – 3/4 pound
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Marinara Sauce – 1 cup (approx.)
Dried Oregano – 2 teaspoons
Fresh Mozzarella (or regular mozzarella) – 16 ounces (about 1 cup cubed)
Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
Ground Turkey or Chicken (optional substitute) – 3/4 pound

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Split English muffins and place halves on a baking sheet
Toast muffins lightly with olive oil
In a skillet, cook ground beef (or substitute) with salt and pepper until browned
Add oregano and 1 teaspoon marinara sauce to meat mixture
Spread marinara sauce over each muffin half
Top with cooked meat mixture and mozzarella cheese
