  • 1 pre-baked gluten-free pizza crust (12-inch)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the pre-baked gluten-free pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  • Use a pastry brush to evenly spread the garlic butter over the entire surface of the pizza crust.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top, making sure to cover it right to the edges.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and starting to turn golden in spots.
  • Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven. Let it cool for just a minute or two before slicing it into breadsticks. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately with warm marinara sauce.
