Rich, chocolatey, and no-bake! These gluten-free brownie bites combine nuts, dates, and cocoa for a quick, customizable treat. Naturally healthy and perfect for satisfying cravings.

Ingredients

Scale

½ cup walnuts
½ cup almonds
6 Medjool dates
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a food processor, pulse the walnuts and almonds until finely chopped, resembling coarse meal.
Add the Medjool dates to the food processor. If your dates are dry, soak them in warm water for a few minutes to soften. Pulse until well-combined.
Add the shredded coconut flakes, cocoa powder, and salt. Pulse again to mix evenly.
Add the water and maple syrup to the food processor. Pulse until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
Use your hands or a small cookie scoop to roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Place the brownie bites in the fridge or freezer for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

Experiment with different nuts (e.g., pecans or hazelnuts) for variety.
Add chocolate chips (ensure they are gluten-free) or a drizzle of halal nut butter for extra flavor.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
