No-bake gluten-free dessert made with melted marshmallows, coconut oil, and crispy rice cereal. A chewy, crunchy, nostalgic treat perfect for all ages.

Ingredients

1 (10.5 oz) bag marshmallows
¼ cup coconut oil
5 cups gluten free crispy rice cereal
Non-stick spray (optional)
Foil (for lining 9×9 inch pan)

Instructions

Line a 9×9 inch pan with foil and spray with non-stick oil
Melt marshmallows and coconut oil in microwave or on stove until smooth
Stir in crispy rice cereal until fully coated
Press mixture firmly into prepared pan
Chill for 1 hour until set
Cut into 16 squares and serve

Notes

Use certified gluten-free rice cereal
Vegan marshmallows are optional
Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days
