  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the mixture is evenly moist.
  • Transfer the crumb mixture to your prepared pan. Press it down firmly and evenly into the bottom to create a solid base.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the milk, followed by the miniature marshmallows. Gently press the layers down with your hand.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set, before slicing and serving.
