- 1/2 cup gluten-free sourdough starter
 - 1 cup rice flour
 - 1/2 cup oat flour
 - 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)
 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
 - 1/4 cup olive oil
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, combine gluten-free sourdough starter, rice flour, oat flour, grated cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt. Add olive oil and mix until the dough comes together.
 - Roll the dough: Roll the dough out on a floured surface to a thin consistency.
 - Cut the crackers: Cut the dough into shapes using a cookie cutter or knife.
 - Bake: Place the crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
 - Cool: Allow the crackers to cool completely on the baking sheet.
 
Notes
For extra crispiness, roll the dough as thin as possible and bake for a couple of extra minutes. You can freeze the crackers for up to three months for later enjoyment.
