  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, combine gluten-free sourdough starter, rice flour, oat flour, grated cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt. Add olive oil and mix until the dough comes together.
  3. Roll the dough: Roll the dough out on a floured surface to a thin consistency.
  4. Cut the crackers: Cut the dough into shapes using a cookie cutter or knife.
  5. Bake: Place the crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. Cool: Allow the crackers to cool completely on the baking sheet.

Notes

For extra crispiness, roll the dough as thin as possible and bake for a couple of extra minutes. You can freeze the crackers for up to three months for later enjoyment.
