Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • â…“ cup diced red onion
  • â…“ cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Instructions

  • Make the herbed spread by combining softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Beat until smooth and well-combined.
  • Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface, going all the way to the edges.
  • Evenly sprinkle the chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese over the tortilla, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
  • Starting at the bottom, tightly roll the tortilla up into a log. Place it seam-side down on a plate. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Wrap each log tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Unwrap the tortilla logs and use a sharp serrated knife to slice them into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve.
