- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened

- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup diced fresh strawberries
- Graham cracker crumbs for topping
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth and no lumps remain.
- Stir in the milk, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.
- Add the rolled oats and chia seeds to the bowl and mix everything together until well combined.
- Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
- Divide the mixture between a jar or an airtight container. Seal it and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but ideally overnight.
- When ready to eat, give the oats a good stir, top with more fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
